1. Service-Based Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are handled as follows:

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
  • If the client cancels the project before any work has begun, a partial or full refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges.
  • No refunds will be provided for completed milestones or delivered work.

2. Delays or Non-Performance

If Webidio fails to deliver the agreed services without valid reason, clients may request a review. Any approved refund will be calculated based on the portion of work not completed.


3. Digital Marketing Services

For SEO and digital marketing services:

  • No refunds are provided for services already rendered.
  • We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or revenue.

4. Payment Disputes

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within 7 days of the issue.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
